RBC Dexia Investor Services, established in January 2006, is a joint venture equally owned by Royal Bank of Canada and Dexia - the first of its kind in the institutional investor services market.

RBC Dexia Investor Services Luxembourg has started using OMNITRACKER within their Business Support Team to provide a more transparent and visible support service to internal as well as external clients.

RBC Dexia Investor Services Luxembourg intend to expand the use of the Web Gateway facility for it's overseas offices in the near future as its easy and flexibility offers an all round solution for support and communication of resolutions.

CTG Belgium and CTG Luxembourg jointly implemented this project within RBC Dexia Bank.
