Recupel is a non-profit organisation that coordinates the collection and the recycling of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) throughout Belgium. This recycling is imposed by law on manufacturers and importers of electric and electronic appliances. It is financed by the recycling contribution that consumers pay when purchasing new appliances.
Recupel uses OMNITRACKER for its internal tracking of service requests (IT department and business units). Recupel also uses the OMNITRACKER web gateway for its communication with their subcontractors.
