The blood donation service SRK Bern AG is a non-profit organisation providing blood products to the hospitals of the city and region Bern. 200 employees are involved in the process of taking of a blood sample till delivering to the hospitals.
They are using ITIL-based OMNITRACKER help desk-Solution in CMDB in the internal help desk to optimize the service processes and to monitor their incidents. For their internal and external customers web service is available via the OMNITRACKER web gateway. Due to a perfect teamwork with the customers project-team and OMNINET it was possible to inplement OMNITRACKER within 11 days.
