Their Belgian branch (located in Zwijnaarde near Ghent) is market leader in Belgium, handling the holidays of 1,6 million customers yearly and this with more than 1000 employees. In a first phase OMNITRACKER will be used for Incident Management, Configuration Management and Service Level Management.  In the future other processes will be additionally incorporated as well.

B2Boost is an Integration Service Provider specialised in Business Transaction Management (BTM). B2Boost enables other businesses to optimise their B2B collaboration and transactions by automating their data exchanges.

B2Boost has selected the integrated ITIL & Project package. This package gives an integrated ITIL Service Management and Project Management solution into one platform. It combines, for example, time registration and resource planning and allows budget/time tracking on resource level.

The blood donation service SRK Bern AG is a non-profit organisation providing blood products to the hospitals of the city and region Bern. 200 employees are involved in the process of taking of a blood sample till delivering to the hospitals.

They are using ITIL-based OMNITRACKER help desk-Solution in CMDB in the internal help desk to optimize the service processes and to monitor their incidents. For their internal and external customers web service is available via the OMNITRACKER web gateway. Due to a perfect teamwork with the customers project-team and OMNINET it was possible to inplement OMNITRACKER within 11 days.
